I have a concern about what I have experienced several times regarding the designated smoking area(s) at East Center.
Is the designated smoking area 20 feet from the building? If it is 20 feet from the exterior of the building for some reason it is being trapped to the extent that others are experiencing second hand tobacco smoke when passing by the patio area.
The designated smoking area(s) at East Center should be assessed to determine whether or not second hand smoke is intruding upon others. If second hand tobacco smoke is in some way finding its way to where it affects the health of others the situation should be remedied.
GVR maintenance staff will locate and provide an appropriate location andfor smokers at East Center.
