GVR offers class registrations and ticket purchases through Active Net. Members will use GVR followed by the number printed on their membership card as your login (ex. GVR123456). Do not use your email address!

Walk-in registration
Our CSRs will be happy to assist you with class registration. Please visit the West Center Box Office, open 8am-4pm Monday – Friday (closed for lunch from 12-1)

Withdrawal and Refund Procedures
- Classes may be canceled by GVR because of low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a class you are enrolled in is cancelled, we will notify you immediately and you will be given the opportunity to change to another class, or you will receive a full refund.
- As of May 1, 2023, no credits or refunds will be issued to students who withdraw less than five business days before the course start date.
- If you are unable to attend a class you registered for, please notify GVR as soon as possible. Early notification allows us to accommodate members on waiting lists.
- Please allow up to fifteen (15) working days for a refund to be processed.
