The Board of Directors approved the following actions:
Members will be eligible to vote in the upcoming election if their dues have been paid by the record date, Sunday, January 31 at 8pm (MST).
The Board voted to have the Corporate Policy Manual published with the changes that have been approved by the Board, to date. The proposed split into four separate documents will be addressed in the future.
An agreement with Scott Rumel Architect, not to exceed $85,000, for architecture and engineering services for the expansion and tenant improvements of Canoa Hills Clubhouse (CHCH), with Initiatives Fund as the source of funding, was unanimously approved.
The new GVR Meditation Club was unanimously approved. Information about the club as well as contact information will be published on the website in the coming weeks.
The board addressed comments at Zoom meetings. In the future, they will endeavor to allow members to comment on the subject at hand prior to the vote being taken.
