Chin Dip

Muscles Used: Pectoralis Major, Biceps, Latissimus Dorsi, Triceps. Muscle Used For: Pectoralis Major – Draws the shoulders and arms forward and inward. Latissimus Dorsi – To pull the arms downward and backward. Biceps – To twist the forearm upwards & flex/curl the lower arm relative to the upper arm. Triceps – Straightens the arm. Muscle Location: Pectoralis Major – Chest, Latissimus Dorsi – Lower Back, Biceps – Front Upper Arm, Triceps – Rear Upper Arm.
